Yes, you have the right to return your order within 14 days. The product must be unused and in its original condition. 

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Report your return to us via email ([email protected]). Send the product back within 14 days, and as soon as we receive it, we will refund you as soon as possible using the same payment method you used.

Yes, our products are covered by a 2-year warranty.

Contact our customer service via email or registered mail and mention the defect along with a proof of purchase. Within the two-year warranty period, we will take care of the repair or replacement.
